Over the years, Dax Air has been instrumental in maintaining Yorkshire Water assets and supplying us with high-quality compressors and blowers. Having had another Compressed Air Company in the area looking after us for some time, I found their service levels to be dropping and us being let down time and time again. I reached out to Dax Air to come in and take a look at our full compressed air system. They was able to advise immediately improvements on our old and tired air system, where we could save costs, as well as energy costs by supplying a new, more energy efficient compressor, as well as some pipe work improvements to fit our current needs.

Dax have provided us with both their maintenance and repair service and also their design and install services. As Europe’s largest cold storage warehouse, it can be a challenging environment to ensure that equipment is properly suited to our specifications, but the team at Dax work closely with us to ensure that any design is thoroughly thought through and the correct machines are installed so that our business is operating to its full potential. All equipment is serviced to a high standard and most importantly, we can rely on Dax to swiftly respond to any questions, issues or repairs.

We use Dax Air for the maintenance on our compressors on site, and have done for some years now. Their customer service is fantastic, and the level of knowledge their engineers have that attend site is invaluable.
